Oreck XL® Shield Power Scrubber Reviews

Being the owner of five Chihuahuas, I was finding it very hard to keep the carpets clean of hair and the occasionally little mess-ups. I was using a dirt devil carpet cleaner and thought it was doing a good job until I used the Oreck and saw how much more dirt and stains were lifted from the carpet. I will never use any another brand again. I am so impressed with the cleaner that I am going to purchase an Oreck vacuum.

The amount of dirt that is extracted when rinsing is just phenomenal. My carpets look great, and I just love your machine. Thanks a ton

I have gone through 3 Bissells in the past year because I have 2 puppies and they can give a machine a workout. The Bissells, I thought, were cleaning the rug o.k. But, when I hooked the Oreck up today and went over the spot that the Bissell just did a few days ago, I got up so much dirt, and the place smells great, too! The rug was drier afterwards, and it is just a better set-up and a better machine. The soap is great, too! Love the cartridge set-up as well. I have finally come home to Oreck, and I thank you!

All I have to say is AWESOME. I have owned 3 other units from Hoover and other brand names. Well, there is no comparison. The other units leave the carpet either really wet, taking hours to dry, don’t deep clean very well, or leave the carpet with a sticky feeling and when it does dry, the carpet has a hard rough feeling to it. This was my first purchase of an Oreck product, and I have to say, you have made a customer for life.

You should have seen what my carpet was hiding over the past 4 years. It is not the first machine that I looked at, but it is the one I bought! After comparing other models and the way they looked and how the brushes worked, I decided that the ORECK was the best of the models. It is really easy to use; I just locked in a bottle of the premixed cleaning solution, added my hot tap water, and started. This cleaner is very EASY to OPERATE, and I just couldn't go without letting you know it!
