Disappointed in performance I was so looking forward to receiving my sweeper and have been very disappointed in its performance as it hardly picks up anything. May 14, 2012
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I was very excited when I made this purchase but was in for a big let down. I tried it on my hardwood floors and it would not pick up anything. Then I tried it on my carpeting and it did work some but did not pick up the cat hair, which was the main reason I made my purchase. Oreck products are usually out-standing in their field but this one fell flat. March 30, 2012
