  The Oreck XL® Silver Pro Series features two-speed power control and an energy-efficient motor. The high speed cleans deep pile carpet, while the low speed is gentle enough to clean delicate Oriental and Persian rugs. And the amazingly energy-efficient motor uses 1/3 the electricity of virtually any other vacuum motor.

  

  The Silver places 102 mph of airflow between the floor and just two inches into the upright. Dirt is delivered in a straight, efficient path right to the vacuum bag. (Most bagless vacs move dirt through a convoluted maze of tubing.)

  

  A Double-Helix roller brush has been engineered to clean embedded dirt, while it spins at about 6500 rpm, significantly faster than many other brands.

  

  Premium horsehair edge brushes reach all the way out to the baseboard for better edge cleaning.
