this product excellent - except the removal of the turman cell
I presntly have two air purifiers in my travel trailer which I live in. I have also owned three other ORECK air purifiers of which perfomed w/o problems. The truman cell has always been hard to extract in both of my pro units but recently the strap both on one broke. Is covered under the advertized LIFE TIME warranty? Please advise!!!
