Cleaning maven David Oreck invites you and 10 of your family, friends or co-workers to his new Oreck Clean Home Center, 2003 Broadway at 68th St. in Manhattan, for an Oreck Clean Home Party. The Center's trained professionals do all the work and you get all the benefits, product samples, door prizes and even dollars donated to your favorite charity.

Here's how it works: Go into Oreck Clean Home Center. Tell them you want to host a Clean Home Party. They will provide invitations for friends or just call your buds with the info.

As the host or hostess, you receive 25 percent of the proceeds from the partygoers' purchases as a credit towards merchandise you want for yourself or you can request that the Center donates 15 percent of your party proceeds, in your name, to your favorite charity.

The party takes about an hour and everyone receives a free Oreck product as a party favor. Door prizes and drawings are held throughout.
