Agreement

This Affiliates Program Agreement, including applicable Offers, ("Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in The Oreck.com Affiliate Program (the "Program") as managed by and through Commission Junction. As used in this agreement "We" means Oreck Direct, LLC. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (Oreck Direct, LLC or "We") and "You" means the participating Web affiliate ("Affiliate" or"You").

Operating Agreement
This Agreement is found with our partners at Commission Junction.

Termination
Non-compliance with Oreck.com's Affiliate Marketing Policies is cause for removal from the Oreck.com affiliate program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
