At Oreck.com it's very easy and convenient to return merchandise. There's
no cost to you. Oreck picks up the tab for return shipping. If for any reason
you are not completely satisfied with your Oreck product, simply return
it within 30 days for a credit or refund.
To return products:
1) Call customer service at 1-800-989-3535 to get a return authorization
label.
2) Repackage products in the original Oreck box.
3) Leave box at any UPS pick up location or drop off station.
Please allow 4 weeks from receipt of merchandise for credit to be issued. |
