Introducing the Oreck Quest® Pro

Anything anybody could ask of a canister vacuum, the Oreck Quest® Pro delivers in super abundance. That is because every feature of the Oreck Quest® Pro is designed with performance, ease-of-use and maximum cleanability in mind. It provides 1500 watts of cleaning power, yet is remarkably quiet.

Thanks to its variable speed control, the precise amount of suction is available for every need. Variable suction control allows you to lower the suction on the unit for delicate surfaces such as drapes and oriental rugs, or choose a higher speed for pile carpeting with a range of settings in between.

The Oreck Quest® Pro comes with a complete set of onboard tools, a hard floor head and a powered head. The power nozzle adjusts for different carpet pile heights. HEPA filter installed and disposable filter bags come standard.

Great vacuum. I bought my vacuum about 8 months ago and t's great. I have a bad back and two bum knees but I haven't had issues with the vacuum. I have carpet and tile and it flows behind me just fine. I'm 5' 10" and personally find the length of the hose to be just fine. I only have one dog and several people but lots of company. I change my bag once a month (home is 2,360 sq ft). Best thing, try it out in the store, lift it up and see if it's weight, hose length, etc. are good for you. I will say, it cleans deep and I especially love the red light to let me know there's more dirt in a spot than I would have thought. Carpet stands up beautifully and that's mainly why I vacuum every other night, get that new carpet look for the morning. October 10, 2012
This product is giving me grief. I bought this in 2011. It is quiet. It sure is a pretty color but it is hard to remove the power attachment off of the hose. I have had it to a local repair shop twice because the power attachment stopped working. Fixed it and now in 2013 it is not working again. I had an Oreck upright I purchased in 1997 but it did not have a hose attachment. Liked it, except for that, So I thought I would try a canister when the upright gave out. I am very, very disappointed with this canister vacuum. Don't think I will ever buy another Oreck again. April 17, 2013
Does not pick up as advertized. Cord is too short. Very bulky, especially in hallwys. I just got mine yesterday and will be returning it. Very disappointing. I have wanted one for 15 years. October 13, 2012
Orreck is going in the wrong direction My parents both this vacuum after trying out my Oreck Dutchtech canister vacuum, and they greatly regret it! This model replaces the Dutchtech and I think it was a horrible redesign. The product seems like a cheap plastic attempt to compete with the "flashy" new competition that has flooded the market the last few years. The bags are way too small, the hose is stiff and gets frustrating very quickly, the suction (once the power head is attached) is horrible compared to the past models, there is no light on the carpet height/power controls so it is hard to see what setting you have selected. Oreck should have stuck with what they do best: Quality over aesthetics. January 8, 2014
