At it's simple and convenient to return merchandise. There's no cost to you to return product purchased on or through our toll-free Customer Care line, Oreck will cover the cost. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Oreck product, simply return it within the unit’s trial period (Link to RISK FREE TRIALS page) for a full credit or refund*.

1. Please contact our toll-free Customer Care team for instructions and to initiate a free return label.

2. Repackage products in the original Oreck box.

3. Leave box at any FEDEX pick up location or drop off station.

4. Allow 4 weeks from receipt of merchandise for a refund or credit to be issued.


*Product must be returned with all parts and components as it was received. Cost of missing parts and components will be deducted from the refund or credit at the discretion of TTI Floor Care.
